Collegiate 100

A campus-based student organization supporting the development of social, emotional, and educational needs of youth who need positive role models.

The purpose of the Collegiate 100 is to implement the mentoring and tutoring programs of 100 Black Men. The participants assist the parent organization with the development of the social, emotional, educational, and physical needs of young black males who have few or no positive role models in the communities in which they live.

The Collegiate 100 is made up of college students from:

  • North Carolina Central University (Durham, NC)
  • East Carolina University (Greenville, NC)
  • Duke University (Durham, NC)

This dedicated volunteer corps serves as role models for youth while enhancing their own personal college careers through service in Raleigh / Durham’s underserved communities. The Collegiate 100 specifically teaches Life Skills Modules, provides tutoring, and group mentoring.

Contact the Collegiate 100 Committee for more information.

Congratulations to North Carolina Central University for winning Collegiate 100 Chapter of the Year at the 2020 100 Black Men National Conference!
