100 Black Men Triangle East Receives Generous $15,592.25 Donation from Women Who Give a Hoot Raleigh
On the evening of July 14th, 2025, 100 Black Men Triangle East was honored to be the recipient of a generous donation in the amount of $15,592.25 from Women Who Give a Hoot Raleigh, a philanthropic giving circle dedicated to supporting impactful organizations in the Triangle community.
This donation marks more than just financial support—it represents a shared commitment to uplifting youth and families through mentorship, empowerment, and community investment.
A powerful moment during the evening came when Stephanie Ursone, a parent of one of our mentees, delivered a moving testimonial about her family’s experience with the 100 Black Men Triangle East mentoring program. Her heartfelt words highlighted the real-life impact of our mission, and deeply resonated with the audience. Stephanie’s story was a true testament to the difference that mentorship, guidance, and community involvement can make in a young person’s life.
We are incredibly grateful to Women Who Give a Hoot Raleigh for choosing to invest in our vision. This contribution will go directly toward supporting our mentoring initiatives, scholarships, and programming that continues to change the trajectory of young lives in our region.
To all who made this night possible—thank you for believing in our work and for standing with us as we continue to empower the next generation of leaders.
Together, we are shaping futures.
