At the Collegiate 100 of North Carolina Central University, we are committed to empowering young men and women to achieve excellence in academics, leadership, and service. Rooted in a tradition of mentorship and guided by a strong sense of purpose, our organization serves as a bridge between students, the university, and the greater community. Through professional development, community outreach, and personal growth initiatives, we prepare our members to become impactful leaders who will inspire change both on campus and beyond. At NCCU, the Collegiate 100 is more than an organization — it’s a brotherhood, a sisterhood, and a lifelong commitment to excellence.

Collegiate 100 at NCCU is a co-ed organization committed to developing young leaders through mentorship, academic excellence, and community engagement.
As a diverse and inclusive extension of 100 Black Men of America, Collegiate 100 at NCCU promotes leadership, service, and professional development for both men and women across campus.
In the Collegiate 100, professional development isn't just a benefit - it's a priority. We offer hands-on learning experiences that help our members build resumes, refine leadership skills, and develop a professional presence.
Through mentorship, college to career panels, workshops, and networking opportunities, our members graduate with the tools and confidence to leader in their careers, communities, and industries.

As student leaders, we are deeply committed to uplifting the communities that raised us, reflect us, and rely on us. Whether we're mentoring youth, packaging hygiene products for our community members in need, or engaging in campus-wide outreach issues, we serve with purpose and Eagle Pride!
Every act of service is a step towards lasting change, and every hour volunteered is an investment in a stronger, more unified future.
