Become a Mentee

Mentoring the 100 Way is a signature program of 100 Black Men of America that holistically addresses the social, emotional, and cultural needs of youth in grades 6–12.

Mentoring relationships can happen at all stages of a young man's life, including college and beyond. Our mentoring model transforms the lives of both mentors and mentees. We provide mentees with:

  • Sustained relationships for at least one school year (often multiple years)
  • Unique and innovative initiatives that are locally relevant
  • Diverse mentors who are true servant leaders and professionals that believe in our motto: What They See Is What They’ll Be.
